The Role

Guided by our dedicated Graduate Scheme Coordinator, you will tailor your experience to one (or sometimes more) of five technical pathways:
- Engineering
- Environmental Management and Sustainability
- Water Management and Geoscience
- Data Science and Informatics
- Software and Systems Development.
You’ll also have the support of our in-house industry experts and all the training you need. In no time at all you’ll be putting your new found skills and knowledge to good use and getting involved in some of our most innovative projects.
By joining our Graduate Scheme you'll have access to a range of company benefits - as well as some added extras just for graduates, including rotation opportunities and biannual salary increases.
You’ll be joining an established environmental and engineering consultancy who put sustainability and resilience to climate change at the heart of our company strategy. With offices in nine countries around the world and across the UK and Ireland, we like to think we make a difference. We are independent and employee-owned allowing us the freedom to focus on innovation and our commitment to exceptional client service. Our workforce is central to our success, and we invest heavily in supporting staff development. We are great people to work for. As a graduate on any of our pathways, you can expect to contribute to our projects from the start. Our project work is varied and no two days are the same. You can expect to apply the skills you've gained in your studies into your work, as well as exploring new skills and areas of interest.
