We are looking for a Marketing professional with a strong focus on campaign management and brand growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including our website and social media. You will be involved in content creation and writing copy communicating our brand message clearly and effectively.

Your role
Key responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead on content creation and brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and audience growth.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
• Mentor and support junior marketing team members where required.
The team member we’re looking for
We are looking for applicants with digital expertise, and a strong understanding of SEO, social media, and analytics. As a science based organisation we don’t use job titles such as Marketing Executive but it is envisaged this role would be at a similar level.
Qualifications
A relevant graduate or post-graduate qualification, in marketing would be advantageous for this role.

• Strong marketing experience with a proven track record in campaign management and brand growth.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Creative and analytical: A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
• Project management - excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confidence to take ownership of initiatives and support junior team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally within the marketing team and with internal stakeholders.
Desirable attributes for the role
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience using Wordpress.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor content performance.
• A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and actively working on CPD.
