Your role
We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong digital production skills to join the Marketing team. You will creatively concept, plan and manage multimedia design projects identified within the marketing strategy for our external audiences. The team member we are looking for will be proactive, organised, able to manage their own workload, and be able to work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders. You will be innovative and creative, bringing new ideas to the team and to JBA.
This role could be based at our Skipton, Saltaire or Leeds office.
The team member we’re looking for
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Visualise, create, and produce original, creative, and engaging design solutions across all platforms and media.
• Manage the end-to-end production of different types of video content from concepting and storyboarding through to editing and final delivery.
• Design for the web, mobile and social media.
• Effectively project manage and track design work, including resourcing, working to deadlines and communicating with all stakeholders.
• Work with various stakeholders and technical leaders across the business to develop and project manage the design elements of our campaigns and achieve set objectives.
• Make sure all content reflects the brand and maximises marketing opportunities.
• Embrace new and innovative ways to communicate and engage with our audience across all digital and social channels.
• Mentor junior members of the team
Qualifications
A degree (or equivalent) in a design related subject with some relevant experience in digital design and a design portfolio. Please send in your design portfolio with your application.

• Able to competently use the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and Premier Pro.
• Digital design, web design and user experience.
• Digital video production
• Project management skills
• Be able to critique and provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team
• To understand and translate a design brief
Essential design skills:
• Graphic design fundamentals and designs rules
• Know how to create web page layouts
• Print design and productions

• Knowledge of web image optimisation
